In response to widespread recognition for the need to support and enhance intern and resident wellbeing, the AAVMC released guidelines for programs in October 2022.

The 黑料正能量 Board of Regents has also acknowledged the importance resident wellbeing plays in the recruitment, retention, and successful certification of specialists. To further contribute to this profession-wide dialogue, the 黑料正能量 is facilitating discussions with residency training program directors to explore ways that the 黑料正能量 can best support the implementation of these guidelines in both academic and private practice settings.
